Ms. Armour is the Administrative Associate at Thorofare Capital, Inc. She oversees office management, as well as, spearheading the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives, and partnering on the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Initiatives.

Before joining Thorofare Capital Inc., Ms. Armour was a Special Event Coordinator at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. While at the Keck School of Medicine, she was also a coordinator and collaborator on social justice projects for the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Office. These projects included building out the school’s social justice website and coordinating social justice events for the school, including the school’s first book club on Race in Medicine.

She was born and raised in Los Angeles and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Master’s in Social Work, with a concentration in Community Organization and Business Innovation, from the University of Southern California.
