Kathy Dimock is responsible for sourcing, originating and structuring new lending investments at Callodine Credit. Kathy comes to Callodine Credit with 27 years of experience in relationship management and new business development, most recently as a Corporate Banker responsible for a large portfolio of upper middle market and global corporate clients in the retail and consumer industries. Her significant experience is centered in asset based and cash flow lending, structuring and underwriting loan transactions, and capital structure advice. Prior to joining Callodine Credit, Kathy spent 31 years with Bank of America and its predecessor organizations in various roles including large corporate and middle market client management and credit/risk portfolio management. She received a BA in economics from Framingham State University and an MBA from Bentley University.
