Ms. Cammarata is the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) for Callodine.  Prior to joining Callodine, Ms. Cammarata spent over 7 years at abrdn Inc. (previously Aberdeen Asset Management and Standard Life Investments), a global asset management firm as Deputy Chief Risk Officer – Americas. In her role at abrdn, Ms. Cammarata supported the overall compliance program in the Americas, serving as CCO for Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Assets and Broker Dealer businesses, in addition to leading the Front Office, Alternatives Advisory and Distribution Compliance teams.  Prior to joining abrdn, Ms. Cammarata served as a Sales and Advertising Compliance Analyst at Eaton Vance and was responsible for the review of marketing and advertising material for the company’s various business lines.  Prior to joining Eaton Vance, Ms. Cammarata began her career at Windhaven Investment Management, where she supported the design and implementation of the firm’s overall compliance program.  Ms. Cammarata earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from Saint Anselm College.
