Ms. Ramondi is the General Manager & Assistant to the Founder/CEO of Callodine Group, where she has responsibilities related to executive operations, human resources, and marketing. Ms. Ramondi works directly with the senior management of the Firm on the execution of strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Callodine, Ms. Ramondi spent the previous 7-years at Fidelity Investments, most recently as a Senior Executive Assistant in the Equity Division (FMRCo). As a Senior Executive Assistant on the Income team, Ms. Ramondi provided support to 5 portfolio managers (which included Callodine’s CEO, James Morrow) and 1 institutional portfolio manager. In her role, Ms. Ramondi was the gatekeeper, responsible for facilitating all flows of information, so the investment professionals could focus solely on the management of funds. Ms. Ramondi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Communications, from Salve Regina University.
