Mark Forti is Head of Origination and is responsible for sourcing, originating and structuring new lending investments at Callodine Credit. Prior to joining Callodine Credit, Mark held the same role at its predecessor firm, Gordon Brothers Finance Company. Mark comes to CCF with 34 years of experience as a Commercial Banker. His knowledge and expertise are centered in asset based credit, restructuring and collateral & financial analysis. Prior to joining CCF, Mark spent 5 years with GBFC. Prior to joining GBFC Mark spent 9 years with GE Capital specializing in the origination, structuring and underwriting of asset based loans to National Retailers. Prior to GE Capital Mark spent a combined 18 years at Bank of America and its predecessor banks in a variety of roles all centered around loan structuring, underwriting and origination. Mark received a BS from Bryant University and an MBA from Bentley University.
