Matthew Masucci is an analyst on the investment team at Callodine Capital Management, LP.  Prior to joining Callodine Capital, Matt spent the previous 3-years at North Tide Capital, LP, a Boston-based healthcare and consumer focused long/short equity hedge fund with peak assets under management of $2bn. In his role at North Tide, Matt covered a universe of companies in the healthcare services and consumer sectors. His responsibilities included bottom-up due diligence and analysis of company fundamentals, investment recommendations, industry research, and development of relationships with company management teams. Prior to joining North Tide, Matt worked as an analyst for JShields Capital Group, a Boston-based family office. During his time at JShields Capital Group, Matt analyzed and executed on investments in the Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Commercial Real Estate spaces. Prior to his time at JShields Capital Group, Matt began his career as an analyst on the Structured Product team at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Stamford, CT. At RBS, Matt provided deal execution support and coverage across the non-mortgage asset-backed security classes primarily in the automotive and capital equipment sectors.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Economy from Williams College.
